How to get promoted
- Work shifts well until your performance reaches 100%. Each time it does, you go up a grade (I → II → III → IV) with a small raise.
- At grade IV, hitting 100% again earns a promotion to the next title, if you meet that step's targets:
| Promotion to | Charisma | Shifts at grade | Lagos Rep | Days in title | Other |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Head Waiter | 1 | 1 | — | — | |
| Floor Manager | 3 | 2 | 3 | — | |
