When do businesses pay in Lagos Life?

Every evening at 6 PM Lagos time. Each business has a daily income range and running costs, and some days go badly (the network goes down, the gas runs out).

Can I withdraw Lagos Life money to my bank?

No. In-game naira can be bought with real money but never cashed out. The game says it plainly: anyone promising cash-out is scamming you.

The short answer

Day 1: clear the 8 starter goals for ₦11,000 and take a job.
Week 1: work every shift and fill spare hours with no-skill gigs (Buka, Alabaru).
Weeks 2–4: push one skill to 3–5. Skill gigs pay ₦3,000–₦11,000+ per hour.
Month 2+: put savings into a business that pays every evening, then into land.

Time in Lagos Life is real time The game clock follows real Lagos time, so a "day" is a real day. You get one shift per working day, and businesses pay once a day. Gigs are the only income that grows with how long you play.

Land

Land doesn't pay daily. It grows in value every week, and you can build a house on it. Cheaper plots grow fast but carry a bigger risk of omo-onile (land grabbers) demanding a cut. Selling land costs a5% fee.

What loses money

Betting the rent. LagosBet, the casino and lotto tickets can wipe out a week's pay.
Missing rent. Two weeks behind and you're moved to Mushin.
Moving too often. Every move costs three weeks' rent up front.
"Doublers" and fake alerts. Other players can send you money but nobody can multiply it. Report them.
Crime. Robbery and fraud exist in the game, and so do the police, EFCC, court and jail.
