How to get promoted
- Work shifts well until your performance reaches 100%. Each time it does, you go up a grade (I → II → III → IV) with a small raise.
- At grade IV, hitting 100% again earns a promotion to the next title, if you meet that step's targets:

UNILAG course: Journalist / Broadcaster
The newsroom, getting the story right, ethics and the law, and finding your voice on air. The course costs ₦2,000. Finishing it gives you a certificate worth +15% work performance (so promotions come sooner), and Broadcasting will hire you one Comedy level lower.
