How to get promoted
- Work shifts well until your performance reaches 100%. Each time it does, you go up a grade (I → II → III → IV) with a small raise.
- At grade IV, hitting 100% again earns a promotion to the next title, if you meet that step's targets:

How do I get promoted in Music?
Reach 100% performance to move up a grade. After grade IV, each promotion also needs Music at the level shown in the ladder (1, 3, 5, 7), a set number of shifts, and, from level 3, Lagos Rep and days in the role. The top job needs a board interview.
